How is usage billed?
Usage is billed through credits consumed per SMS, WhatsApp message, or OTP request (Voice billing is planned alongside the Voice launch). Bundles and pay-as-you-go options are both available depending on your plan.

Can I mix channels on one plan?
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans support SMS and WhatsApp usage together, billed from the same credit pool. Voice will join the same pool once it launches.
